How this guide was checked. Delivery dates, request flow, standard access assumptions, route-window language, and service exclusions were checked against the current East End Seasonal service and policy pages on July 30, 2026.
Use the preferred date as the trigger
Do not wait for every decorating decision. Once the preferred delivery date, tree range, and receiving plan are known, send the request. Earlier requests leave more route flexibility, while weekend and pre-arrival windows tend to narrow first. Preferred 2026 delivery dates run from November 30, 2026 through January 1, 2027, subject to confirmation.
Send the information that determines feasibility
Include the tree range, ceiling height, gate or driveway notes, legal parking distance, exterior stair count, clear-route constraints, and exact outdoor handoff point. Add the name and phone number of the person receiving the tree. Standard pricing assumes legal parking within 75 feet, a reasonably level route, and no more than five exterior steps; added carrying or crew needs are reviewed before payment.
Separate route confirmation from payment
Submitting a request does not charge a card or guarantee the date. East End Seasonal confirms the workable tree, scope, handoff point, and route window first, then texts a Stripe checkout link. Confirmed route windows are typically four hours; exact arrival times are not guaranteed.
Treat 12-foot-plus trees as a separate planning job
Trees 12 feet and taller require an inquiry because sourcing, exterior access, crew needs, and the receiving team’s stand requirements vary. Delivery includes hand selection, transport to the confirmed handoff point, and a fresh base cut. Indoor placement, stand fitting, installation, decorating, and watering are not included.
