Fall: delivery and exterior styling

• Fall package prices include the listed natural materials, delivery, and styled placement in the confirmed exterior zone or zones.
• Styling is exterior-only. We do not drill, fasten materials to the structure, move customer-owned decor, or perform interior decorating.
• Palette preferences belong in the request notes and are subject to seasonal availability.
• Fall materials naturally vary in color, shape, size, texture, and lifespan. Outdoor weather and wildlife may accelerate normal wear.

Fall removal

The $450 post-season removal add-on covers a confirmed post-Thanksgiving return visit, removal of East End Seasonal-supplied Fall materials, and a light sweep of the styling area.

Removal does not include customer-owned decor, soil remediation, pressure washing, structural cleaning, or materials moved elsewhere after styling. The date remains subject to route and safe-access confirmation.

Christmas: selection and handoff

Indoor placement, stand fitting, installation, garland or wreath hanging, decorating, watering, removal of an existing tree, and post-season removal are not included in Christmas service.

• One premium tree in the selected range, hand-selected for a healthy, full shape without material bare spots.
• Delivery to the home's primary entrance or another exterior handoff point confirmed before payment.
• A fresh cut on the trunk base immediately before handoff.
• Arrival coordination using the contact information on the confirmed order.

Standard access and delivery review

Published prices assume legal parking within 75 feet of the confirmed service point, a clear and reasonably level route, and no more than five exterior steps.

Longer carries, six or more exterior steps, steep or unstable terrain, narrow exterior passages, unusually heavy items, and added delivery crew needs require review before payment. Upper-floor or indoor placement is not included.

Delivery windows and route capacity

A preferred date is a request, not a guaranteed appointment. We confirm a route window by text after reviewing season, product, geography, and access. Confirmed windows are typically four hours.

One property request may include Fall and Christmas items, but each season keeps a separate preferred and confirmed delivery date. A date is reserved only after written confirmation and payment.

Attended and owner-away properties

An adult or authorized property contact should be reachable throughout the service window unless an unattended visit is approved in writing. For owner-away homes, provide the property manager, complete access instructions, and exact service point.

If access is unavailable or unsafe, the visit may be completed only within the previously confirmed scope. Otherwise the attempt is subject to cancellation, added-handling, and redelivery terms.

Fresh-tree care and fire safety

These reminders reflect the U.S. Fire Administration's holiday fire-safety guidance.

• Place the tree in water promptly after the fresh base cut and check the water daily.
• Keep the tree at least three feet from fireplaces, radiators, space heaters, candles, and heat vents.
• Do not block exits; inspect light strands and follow manufacturer instructions.
• Remove the tree after the holiday or when it becomes dry.

Quality concerns

Natural variation is expected in pumpkins, gourds, plants, stalks, bales, trees, wreaths, and garland. Document any material damage or quality concern with photographs and report it within 12 hours of delivery or styling.

We review timely concerns and, when appropriate, offer a replacement, service correction, credit, or refund based on product condition, weather exposure, and confirmed scope.
